Lovely Events + Planning will take over all last-minute details by meeting with the couple to gather all necessary information. From there, we will take over communication with vendors to ensure that the final days leading up to the big day are stress-free and enjoyable!

Plan “L”

Pre-Wedding Day

• Meet 4-6 weeks from event to go over details and hired vendors

• Review all vendor contracts

• Confirm hired vendors and go over expected services and setup times

• Create a timeline for wedding day activities

• Communicate timeline for the wedding day with vendors, parents, and wedding party

• Attend final walk-through at the location of the ceremony

• Coordinate rehearsal of the ceremony

• Collect personal and decor items from the bride before the wedding day

Wedding Day

• Manage set-up for ceremony and reception

• Problem solve as issues arise

• Distribute personal and decor items

• Help the wedding party stick to scheduled timeline events

• Provide an "Event Kit"

• Provide assistant(s) to help execute the day of wedding

• Examine ceremony and reception locations to ensure they meet expectations

• Issue remaining payments or gratuities to vendors

• Load gifts and personal items into family member's car

• Assist in event tear down

This plan allows Lovely Events + Planning to serve as a "guide" during the wedding planning process. We will help keep you on track to make sure the important things do not get overlooked.

Plan “O”

All items included in Month + Day-of Package, plus:

• Assist in the recommendation and booking of vendors

• Create a detailed budget

• Provide monthly to do list + check-in calls

• Attend meetings with vendors as needed

• Assist in correspondence with vendors

• Create venue layout

• Assemble programs and favors

• Secure hotel room blocks

• Deliver welcome bags to traveling guests

• All items included in Plan L

With Plan V, we will be VERY hands on. This plan allows us to work with you every step of the way during the planning process. We will work together to make sure that your vision for your day comes to life.

Plan “V”

All items from Month + Day-of & Partial Planning Packages, plus:

• Consult to establish wedding vision

• Present a "vision board" to establish design guidelines

• Prepare budget and wedding planning timeline

• Scout venues

• Research and communicate with vendors on behalf of the couple

• Secure contracts

• Manage invitation tracker, mail invitations, and track RSVPs

• Email and phone support

• Assist with decision making

• Schedule transportation for event day

• All items included in Plans L and O
